Greetings Everyone!  Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit my blog.  This is my first official blog post and I am still trying to conceptualize, what I will write about and when I will find the time to blog. For now, I plan to use this space to discuss issues related to living and existing in a Black body in our current political climate.
I hope to use this space as a therapeutic platform to discuss issues of racial trauma, intersectionality, self-care and practical interventions for healing from intersectional trauma.

The ability for individuals to access to culturally responsive mental health treatment is a
human right and a matter of social justice.
